Greifer traps

Greifer traps are fun and easy to build, and you get to troll the trolls. 
Mine consists of an easy redstone circuit that uses pistons to release sand from under the greifer and drop them down a huge hole and kill them. I also have a lever that prevents you falling if you want to go by (hidden in a wall of course). I have killed many greifers so far with it but they get mad and destroy the trap (takes me 10 minutes to fix though, lol). I may add pictures of it if it is not too much work.
So, have you ever made a greifer trap? What is it like, and did you troll a greifer?
